All our silicone molds are made from 100% food-grade platinum-cured silicone. They are BPA-free, LFGB and FDA compliant, and safe for baking, freezing, microwaving, and dishwashing. They withstand temperatures from -40°F to 450°F (-40°C to 230°C).

No greasing is needed — the non-stick surface releases cleanly. For best results, place the mold on a baking sheet before filling and transferring to the oven. After use, wash with warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher. Avoid using sharp objects that could cut the silicone.

We offer three shipping methods: Economy (15–30 business days), Standard (7–15 business days), and Express (3–7 business days). Actual delivery times depend on your destination country and customs clearance.

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page by entering your email address or order number.

We stand behind our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Most products start from 10-50 pieces per design. Each product page shows the exact MOQ and volume pricing tiers. For custom OEM molds, MOQ is typically 100-500 pieces depending on design complexity. Contact us if you need smaller trial quantities — we can often accommodate sample orders.

Yes! We encourage sampling before committing to large orders. We can ship existing product samples or produce a pre-production sample for custom designs. Sample fees and shipping costs apply, which can be credited toward your bulk order. Contact us with your requirements.

For stock products: 1-3 business days to process. For custom/OEM orders: molds take 7-15 days to produce, plus production time of 7-20 days depending on quantity and complexity. Rush orders are available — please ask when placing your order.

Our QC team inspects every production batch before shipping. We check dimensions, weight, color consistency, and material integrity. For large orders, we provide inspection reports with photos. All products meet FDA and LFGB food safety standards with certification available upon request.

For retail orders: full payment via PayPal before shipment. For wholesale orders: we accept PayPal and wire transfer (T/T). Large regular customers may qualify for 30% deposit / 70% before shipment terms. Contact us to discuss.
