30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our silicone molds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• - Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• - Custom/OEM orders are non-refundable unless defective
• - Clearance and final-sale items cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@yuintrading.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return authorization and return shipping address within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Refund amounts include the item price minus any original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping required for defective items.
