By accessing and placing an order on yuintrading.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have obtained parental consent. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices listed are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, in which case we will notify you and allow you to cancel or proceed at the corrected price.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be fraudulent, from resellers, or where pricing errors occurred. Payment is due at the time of order completion. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination, shipping method, and package weight. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, carrier service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, photography, and software, is the exclusive property of Yuin and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product colors and dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, monitor settings, and photography lighting conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yuin, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, any products purchased, or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site or any products exceed the total amount paid by you to Yuin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yuin and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Product Safety and Use

Our silicone molds are intended for use with food-grade materials and crafting. Users are responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose and applicable safety guidelines. Yuin is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, or application of our products. Always follow temperature guidelines and usage instructions provided with the product.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Yuin. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Yuin shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content or services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability
